On the First International congress
(Austria, August - 99) it was accepted the decision on realization of the next
summit in Russia (Sochi), but in the subsequent as agreed interested parties
were made the offer on significant expansion of frameworks of the congress
which demands additional study
The congress will begin, most
likely, in September or October 2003 in Sochi and will pass within the
framework of actions devoted to 100-anniversary "MATSESTA". It is supposed, that after 7-10 day of works
all participants of the congress by buses will pass through Ukraine, Hungary
and Czechia to Austria where will continue the work within the next 7-10 days.
We ask to

terms, a place, the sizes of payment and quantity of participants will be
